Julie: With a rich career in education spanning 15 years in elementary schools with Des Moines Public Schools and FWCS, followed by 6 years at Ball State University supervising student teachers, Julie has devoted a lifetime to shaping young minds. After teaching grades 2-5 and serving in administration, she capped her career helping future educators in their final semester.

Originally from Iowa, Julie is a proud mother to her son, Cori, and daughter-in-law, Katie, and she enjoys the company of her two spoiled Mini Goldendoodles, Mack and Winston, along with her grand-pups, Scooby and Darcy. She has always had a passion for gardening and is currently enrolled in Purdue’s Master Gardener Program, all while finding joy in organizing parties, family events, and creating cherished memories.

Though she doesn’t have formal dance experience, her love for music and the way it moves her is unmistakable. As a long-time donor and volunteer, Julie has been a Culinary Queen every year since the program's inception and continues to support the work of Easterseals Northeast Indiana. Inspired by the joy and confidence she sees in participants, she’s thrilled to be a part of an event that brings so much happiness to those in the community.

He also adores his two sisters and his beloved dog, Oppy! But tonight? It’s all about the spotlight! Aaron is beyond excited to show off his moves and be “the star of the show”—so get ready to cheer him on as he brings the energy, passion, and fun to the stage!
